Vacation Homes

Vacation homes and villas at The Woods are available for rental through the Resort. Some front the fairways of The Woods Golf Courses, while others offer a wooded setting.

2 BR home or Villa: $255.00 per night - $1,610.00 per week

3 BR home or Villa: $295.00 per night - $1,859.00 per week

4 BR home or Villa: $345.00 per night - $2,275.00 per week

A two-night minimum stay is required on holiday weekends.

Rates quoted do not include taxes or gratuities.  Rates are effective as of January 1, 2011 and are subject to change without notice.

An advance deposit equivalent to the first night's lodging is required for all reservations.  Deposit must be received within 7 days after making the reservation. 

A 48-hour cancellation notice is required on rentals of seven days or less. A 30-day cancellation notice is required on rentals of more than seven days. Cancellations made after the required notice has passed will be assessed a fee equal to the deposit received.

Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance.

All rates include use of indoor sports center and outdoor swimming and tennis.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets.

Accessible facilities are available. 

Check-in time begins at 4 pm. Check-out time is at 12 noon. (Late check-outs are freely granted when space permits.)
